standard of the accommodation falls well below that which is expected. In
particular the size, location, type of facilities and the general
infrastructure can fall short of acceptable standards. The areas where this can

breakfast accommodation.
The main complaints are:
- Location.
- Poor
insulation.
- Hygiene and
decoration.
- Disabled
accessibility.
- Failed or faulty
bookings.

All operators, proprietors and
accommodation owners have a responsibility to provide accommodation which is
fit for the purpose. If this is not the case you clearly have recourse.

Your next

and inform you of the name and direct telephone number of your advisor.
If your claim is suitable for the Small Claims Track we will confirm any
details with you and contact the Defendant by post. The Defendant will be given
10 days to respond. After the ten days you can then decide if you want to issue
