Small Claim Route |

Claim Link
have specialised in claims via the County Court for twelve years and are well
able to advise you as to procedures. At each stage of the claim - right from
your first submission to us - we will guide you carefully through the process.
The Small Claims route is suitable for claims of £5,000 or less
(hence its name) and solicitors fees can seldom be recovered. Accordingly, most
legal firms will not take on such claims on a no-win no-fee basis.
That
is where we can help you! As soon as you contact us we will allocate an advisor
to you who you can talk to immediately. And they don't mind unsociable
hours!
Although court procedures can be very daunting for the layman, we
can provide a complete guidance service which will enable you to process your
claim with the minimum of hassle. In particular, you will have an advisor to
talk to on the telephone, you can obtain rapid email assistance, procedural
notes will be forwarded to you at each stage and - again - there is someone to
talk to.
Claim Link will prepare your claim documents for you, file
them at court and provide an immediate response as soon as you receive a reply
from either the court or the other side. As the claim proceeds you will receive
clear and precise instructions as to your next course of action and if things
do get a bit confusing - just telephone us and ask! |

Fast Track Route |

If your
claim (or that of your group) looks to exceed £5,000.00 the court may
allocate your claim this route. Our function is to provide ongoing assistance
for the assembly of the essential information for the court and ensure that
communications operate smoothly.
Please be aware that our fixed fee of
£150.00 covers unlimited support for the full duration of your claim!
The advisor appointed to administrate your claim will ensure that the
process is followed correctly and you are fully prepared for the correct
conduct of your claim.
