Claim-Link do not provide legal
advice. Such advice should be obtained from a solicitor and Claim-Link will
suggest that you use a solicitor if it is perceived that legal advice is
required.

| Will Claim Link be charging me a
fee? |

Claim Link will charge you an
administration charge but only after your claim has been assessed. This is
added to your claim as an administration charge and depending on the outcome of
your claim can be recoverable from the other side. Our administration
fee is a one-off fee and provides you with unlimited advice for the conduct of
your claim - from start to finish!

| Do Claim Link provide a No-Win No Fee
service? |

No, Claim Link do not provide a
No-Win No-Fee service. Most of these services result in substantial deductions
from the award - anything from 12% to 35%.
Claim Link provide a fixed costs
service only whereby our clients know exactly how much they will need to pay.
The administration fee is added to the claim and the Judge has discretion
whether to award this against the Defendant.
Claim Link do not accept the awarded
funds on your behalf and the process ensures that your funds are paid directly
to you by either the Defendant or the Court.

| Will any deduction be made from my
compensation award? |

Claim Link will NOT be making
any form of deduction. The maximum you will pay will be the £50.00
administration fee for the Small Claims Track (up to £5,000.00) or
£150.00 if the Fast Track is required (£5,000.00 to
£15,000.00).
